About Angie C
Hello! I'm Angie Cabrera, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I'm also a bodybuilding athlete bikini competitor. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10 years focusing on weight lifting training and body building, weight(fat) loss while building lean body mass.
I’m very passionate about helping others to reach their fitness goals and the best version of themselves. My priority with my clients it’s not only getting their results but also putting their overall health and well-being first. Mental health support is key in our fitness journey and as a coach and athlete, I’ve the experience to understand the importance of having the right mindset and how to achieve specific goals. Everything starts in our minds and as your coach I’ll lead you and provide the support you need.
When working 1:1 in person and online, I take the time to develop an specific training program based on the wants and needs of my client. We are all different, with different lifestyles and different starting points which is why PERSONAL training is so important.
